I've had my eye on this pan for a long time. When my cheap one broke, I used it as an excuse to go broke. I have a small family so making up some baked chicken thighs or a decent lasagna is ideal. I used a lid instead of foil. It worked great. The best part is that it was easy to wash. Just a little soaking took it all away!
