The best part of working with this software is that it has made my schedule so much easier to manage because I can now see how many hours are left in a shift, whether or not someone has arrived late for work, when they should begin their next shift, etc. It also allows me to be notified when my employees have been tardy which helps avoid any employee problems (e.g., disciplinary action). I have been using this for 2 years now, it has helped me manage my time better then any other scheduling software available in our industry. There is nothing that i dislike with it so far unless you are looking at price as you can get something cheaper elsewhere depending on your needs or budget.
