It's not worth it! for wine and champagne glasses

I love these glasses. I've bought it at a hardware store before and they've lasted a long time. However, this time I ordered 8 of these on April 20th and it is now July 20th. In those 8 weeks I lost all but one because they broke easily. I spent my money on her. I really like this design too, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would give it half a star if it was a choice!

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • Functionality

This is my personal favourite, I use it every day

I have several sets of these glasses in different sizes and styles for fun. This size is my favorite, I use it every day. The glass is thick and not big. I love ice in my drinks, they are perfect. When I make iced tea, I fill the glass with ice and then fill it with warm tea and I get the right ice to tea ratio. Also good for iced bourbon, lol.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Negative impression

We recently received 4 of the Diamax glasses and,.

We have recently received 4 pairs of Diamax glasses which apart from the novelty of the shiny glass are indistinguishable from the old lead glass. There is a small weight difference. 12 oz (weight, not volume) for old, 10 oz for new. The new ones don't ring when you snap your fingernail, but my mom always scolded us when we did it at the table anyway. Glasses are for drinking, not for music.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Out of fashion

very expensive and break easily

I like the look of these glasses but they are very expensive and break easily. I am 50 years old and have no children. I'm not rough with my glassware. I find chips around the frame and just found a broken one in my closet. When I was a young man I was given a pair of Cristal D'Arque glasses in my first apartment and I looked for them because I remembered how much I loved them. I bought two sets of large and two sets of small for over $100. I don't mind spending money on something that will…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons

Affordable, elegant, sparkling, dishwasher safe crystal.

Still beautiful and very affordable crystal tableware. I have owned CDA cookware for over 35 years and have had to replace a few broken pieces as well as add additional pieces to my existing sets. I am happy to report that the new glasses match my old ones perfectly and are still made with the good quality and amazing shine that my 35 year old glasses still have. Over the years I've purchased at least 24 CDA drinking supplies of all sizes, including several CDA jugs and large serving platters…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Something different

BEST OLD FASHION GLASS LEAD FREE NO WATERFORD LABEL

Cest la vie, mais le francais le sait mieux! It's like drinking whiskey at Versailles. If you want to drink from a glass of Waterford Lismore Old Fash Doub Tumbler without thinking about lead poisoning, then I swear this is the closest thing you'll find to class on the market, period, and Waterford's stock. Put a Waterford sticker on it and don't say differential. Came across the brand at Harris Scarfe Canberra but they don't sell that particular style so ordered from Revain US (because AMAZON…

Good glasses go with wine glasses

I ordered these glasses to replace my 28 year old Cristal D'Arques glasses with chipped rims. There are 2 things you need to know: 1) This is NOT a crystal. It is clear from the enclosed brochure that it is a high strength GLASS called Diamax. The company is simply called Crystal. 2) They are NOT as heavy and strong as my old Cristal D'Arques glasses. I don't expect them to last 28 years like the old ones because they're lighter. Other than that they still look very nice and I would love to use

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • So so

Nice and inexpensive

I had this brand of glasses 20 years ago and recently bought them again. They have a beautiful silvery clear crystal but are cheaper than most crystals. These are my everyday glasses and actually the only ones I own. I bought 12 ounces for a full glass of drink, then 10 ounces which is my favorite size and a few glasses of wine. The only downside is that my hand is small and the glass is wide at the bottom. I have to put my little finger under the glass, hold it so it doesn't slip; Trick I…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
