As advertised. Shelf life not yet determined

bulbs well packaged , as shown in one of the attached images. These were the only lightbulbs I could find that met my needs exactly to replace six lightbulbs in the bathroom. Regarding some comments from others: (1) The bulbs were dimmed perfectly, contrary to what some reviewers say. Perhaps the type of dimmer plays a role. The bulbs are so bright at full wattage that a dimmer is essential unless you want super bright light all the time. (2) The color is white, not yellow-green as one person…

Maintaining the 2-star rating after almost 3 years of use due to constant premature failures

Update from 08/31/2021 : Although the supplier quickly replaced six bulbs for free 2 years ago, don't expect them to last as advertised (30,000 hours (16 years at 5 hours a day)). In my experience, depending on the particular lamp, they tend to fail after around 2000 to around 6000 operating hours (equivalent to 1 to 3 years). . The lamps are NOT dimmable as advertised; and the after-sales support is nil.

UPDATED 1 - I originally rated the bulbs 1 star mainly because the company didn't respond after I said the bulbs are NOT dimmable as advertised. From there, the company responded quickly and returned the purchase with no issues. I really appreciate their follow up work and have changed the rating to reflect the excellent customer service. 2 - The company told me that they want to make these LED bulbs dimmable for more applications and I think they are trying. However, and this is not a problem…
