None of the adjustment knobs actually work on this item. Feels super thin, cheaply made. Not worth $20 and I screwed up $100 on this thing.

The device is beautiful and can help bring a room to life, but the speakers are terrible. I had to buy a pair of better speakers to really get the most out of this turntable.

This turntable does not produce a desirable sound in any way. The included speakers are terrible and sound like a 1920's phonograph. Even when connected to an amplifier and HF speakers, the sound is still badly degraded. The turntable was crooked and wobbly. The company also ignored my return request and when I submitted it the second time they denied it saying it was beyond the return policy. Worst purchase I've ever made. Terrible customer service.

Sounds "ok" - not a true lover's turntable, but ok. The platter cover came folded in the packaging (no fault of the seller, ex factory) and causes an ugly crease. I have contacted Crosley but still no reply. It's a lovely turquoise color and I bought it primarily as a decorative piece for my office, but it plays well enough for background listening. Ceramic cartridge, non-magnetic, something to note.

The stylus is not the highest quality and tends to jump compared to heavier styluses on nicer turntables. Aside from that, this is very easy to set up, the color is great and stands out as a conversation piece, Bluetooth is a nice feature. If I were picky it would be nice to have a bit more base in the sound but overall the sound quality works well for the price and you could easily upgrade the speakers yourself rather than using the supplied ones. Would definitely buy again.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this turntable's needle slide across the surface of my brand new vinyl records. I've heard bad things about Crosley players, but I didn't realize that these wouldn't even play records properly! I put it on a flat surface, dropped the needle and it just slid over. I tried several records and several weights on the arm and it still worked. Return to Seller!AVOID!
