Good product. I'm not too keen on the presence of lavender in it, but I'll use it anyway. It works for stiff white beards like mine, but not alone. I have found that I get the best softness when I first apply the oil, leave it on for 5 minutes and then apply. Pros - Doesn't weigh down the beard or build up like wax-based balms do. This balm is excellent but again I haven't found a Crown product that I don't like. This balm makes my mustache much softer than without and smells nice.

Exactly what I was looking for. It adds shine and isn't waxy or greasy. Has a good smell that isn't too strong like other products I've found.

I have yet to purchase anything from Crown Shaving Co. that isn't totally amazing. Best proof my wife tells me she loves the smell of my beard. You can't go wrong with this product. The aftershave and cologne are also very nice.
