Part of the purchase of a Pentair Big Blue cartridge filter.

Half price local. Good start filter. You must switch to a two-stage carbon filter after 30 days to effectively keep your water clean. Easy to change. Just remember that you cannot overtighten the cartridge. Hand tightened only.

How can a person (not a robot or other non-human implementation of technology that can write a review) say something about such a product that is meaningful to other humans? The price was good. They sent on time. It was relatively easy to install. I have no reason to believe they don't filter my water.

It is impossible to write a full review.

I can only write a full review after a full replacement cycle, but the quality and functionality of these filters is comparable to the more expensive filters. Based on this rather superficial experience, I am giving these filters four stars as they are comparable to more expensive products in every way.
