Such a disappointment.

You have to go to the filter when you test the water and it goes over 6. I don't think it's ever dropped below 20. Very disappointed.

Water smelled like fish

Water smelled like fish after being "filtered". I tested the water with a water tester and the result was far from 0. Our Brita filter turned out to be cleaner than this water.

Do not buy this product

This product should correspond to a zero water filter and you have used it and it leaves black objects all over the water. It looks like it's made in China so I wouldn't buy it doesn't do what it's supposed to

Not suitable for zero water for kitchen and bathroom sanitary

"Filters" are only a facade, because they don't work. I ordered a four pack. The first filter was cracked and water was leaking out before it was filtered. The second filter when "installed" returned a value of 0.95 when it should be 0.00. These filters don't work. You are a waste of your money.

TDS Readings in the Double Digits

After I "cleaned" the new filter by filling my Zero Water jug tank and running the new filter through the first filtration, my TDS reading was around 50. Thereafter it took five filter "cleans". the TDS lower but still bivalent. I didn't filter the more expensive California water to see if it eventually reached TDS=0, which is what I get with ZeroWater filters. Of course, they have their own problems, which I won't go into detail in this review. I can try a second filter after my zero filter…

Not worth the money saved

I bought this because of the price of a "value package". ok, that's just the value if it works. I have a second filter and it's just as bad as the first one, I was hoping it was an accident but no. Right out of the box it has a tds reading of 016, after pumping three gallons through it it only goes back to 013. (000 is what you get from other brands and you get rid of the filter at 006.) For now I'd be happy since 006! Definitely not worth the money. Definitely disappointed.

Two Digit TDS
