Received these today and put them in our printer which has not been used in over a year. (Prior to installation, I cleaned the cartridge holder inside the printer.) The printer recognized these cartridges as used, genuine HP cartridges. After restoring the default settings, I turned the printer off and back on before printing. I am now printing about 50 pages in color (on standard paper and card stock) for my preschooler to start homeschooling tomorrow and have had no problems with these CSSTAR

My Officejet 4630 immediately printed an alignment sheet, suggested "Genuine HP", scanned, aligned and printed perfectly. Haven't checked the ink levels yet but will check and check.

I was curious to see how many pages I would get. Many people only use color in the target areas of a black and white page (a headline or a photo in a report). I need this to load sets of unwanted magazines, which means each 8.5" x 11" page is saturated with color. This type of printing requires a very large amount of product and usually empties the cartridge quickly. So I figured if I printed 40 pages it would be pretty good, 60 would be a bonus and 100 would be amazing. I just downloaded three

The color quality on these cartridges was everything I could ask for. I was skeptical at first, I only used HP inks. After all, this is an HP printer, why risk an unknown brand? They even tell you not to do it! . It's like "USE OURS OR OTHERS" with popups warning you something is wrong / be careful. etc. The only thing wrong was the amount of $$$ I spent! My printer is 9-10 years old. The guarantee is gone. So what have I lost by trying a different brand? If it's the same part number as 61xl…

I installed the 61XL color cartridge and received an error message saying it is not compatible with my printer. At that moment I was unable to print ANYTHING, neither in color nor in black. I tried the suggestion on the packaging, using a damp cloth and cleaning the contacts. This didn't solve the problem. I have used other third party cartridges in the past with no problems.

I ordered these cartridges to have on hand when mine runs out. I installed them and tried everything and they just didn't work, they turned out to be fake. I've tried everything I found online about possible workarounds, but the printer won't work with these cartridges. Unfortunately the returns window is closed otherwise I would have sent them back for a refund. DO NOT BUY.

So I bought these cartridges in November 2020 because I noticed my printers were running out of ink. They finally ended on February 25, 2021. So I put in the "new" ink cartridges ordered here (a replacement for remanufactured CSSTAR ink cartridges for the HP 61 XL 61XL), both black and colour. And they didn't work as you can see from the photos. Shame on me I don't think I tried them before and found they didn't work so I was able to return them. Spring. $35 wasted.

My 61 cartridges were so low. ordered that these spare parts be ready when I need them. My regular HP ink eventually ran out so I put it in my HP All-in-One and bam the printer refused to read those cartridges and no matter what I tried the printer didn't recognize those damn things. The return period has now expired. , several replacement HP 61" black and color cartridges are fully paid for and lying around but I can't seem to get them to work. waste of money. So in a fit of anger I threw away
