Great product, love the filter cup with knob and reusable filter. The only issue I would say is that pouring water into the fountain is a bit of a hassle, but not enough to not use it. Definitely recommend this product for coffee lovers.

I like this kettle because you can make regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee at the same time. However, if you like strong coffee, this is not an option. Both hoppers are not very large and the ground coffee likes to boil over into the pot and your coffee.

We have a second coffee maker, the manufacturer replaced the first because the left side stopped working after 30 days. Now EXACTLY the same thing is happening again and we've had a second time just a few months ago. This device clearly has flaws! DO NOT BUY!

We drink decaffeinated coffee and most of our guests drink regular coffee so it's perfect for our home, easy to use and clean. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it looks cheap and very 'black' - I wish the manufacturers had added a brushed nickel finish to make it look a little more stylish in my kitchen!

I originally gave this product 5 stars because it meets our needs of people who drink both decaf and regular coffee. Mine hasn't worked since then after 7 months and 3 days after purchase. I have contacted customer service for a repair or replacement, so I may update my review based on how well the company handles my complaint.

I bought this for my male student residency program because there are always 6-8 males in the house and everyone needs coffee first thing in the morning. Since they go to class at 7am every day we needed a lot of coffee early and right away so this double jug was added to the single jug on the counter - since each jug makes 12 cups we can now make 36 cups of coffee before morning. become too difficult to manage.

We ordered our first coffee pot in September. It worked for a very short time and one side stopped working. I contacted the company and they asked me if the block was clean! Bought for work and very handy for making coffee and hot water or regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee. They typically last 2 years or more when used to brew 4 cups of coffee a day, which I think is pretty good for the price. This coffee maker doesn't take up all of the counter space that other commercial double coffee makers take up and cost more (although they can last longer). I am very satisfied with this product. I do not think the cost of this machine with Mr. Coffee. You can have two Mr. Kaffee and get extra features that this machine doesn't have. For example, individual coffee machines Mr. Kaffee are equipped with a water filter to filter out chlorine and other impurities. Also Mr. Coffee has a timer that automatically shuts off after two hours, but this CucinaPro lookalike doesn't have one.
