Perfect rice cooker. I gave it to my mother and she says there are no problems other than the lid. When you open the lid, it swings back as if it was forced open. The whole machine rebels and moves backwards because of this excessive overdoing of the opening lid. I don't understand how the company could control this bug in this product.

Oven default language navigation is in Korean. The instructions on how to switch the voice navigation from Korean to English in the manual are not easy and it took me a while to get it right. This is my first time buying a Cuckoo rice cooker and I am very impressed. There are some minor caveats/things to consider when purchasing, but TL; DR: This is a solid rice cooker and I have never made better rice with any other rice cooker.
