I like the way the chatbot integrates into the company's internal communication. It helps to have an extra set of eyes to help identify the right people to talk to. It is easy to set up and train. Sometimes it is slow at times and I think that is more of an issue with Google Hangouts. It can be difficult to set up if you are not familiar with the process of coding. I like that it is easy for my team members in HR & Marketing departments when we are searching through resumes or candidates from different job boards. It makes finding qualified employees so much easier! We have not found anything as of yet but there could be some bugs here/there since this product was just released last month (Feb 2020).
