Very nice crockery set! I have Cuisinart Copper and Cuisinart Chef Classics. Both are great! Cool hands while cooking. Easy cleaning, especially with a metal sponge for hard-to-reach places. Once a month you need a copper cleaner to polish your copper set. As with any copper cookware, you must polish it to make it shine, just as you would stainless steel to make it shine.

Heats up evenly and quickly, is built like tanks and has a solid, professional look. Every negative review on this product doesn't seem to understand that copper tarnishes and needs polishing and basic maintenance. If you're the type of person who thinks that seasoning a cast iron skillet is an undue amount of worry, then this cookware set isn't for you. Copper quickly tans and loses its luster and needs to be cleaned with copper polishing cream to get that new shine
