I don't like turning it on with two hands because of the safety switch, too bad it doesn't have one. Every time you release the power button after it works, you have to use two hands again, very cumbersome.

Took literally less than 3 days before it stopped working. I used it to knead pancake batter. The device looked very high quality, but it is far from it. I do not recommend this product at all.

I like this hand blender because it's cordless and easy to use. I liked it so much that I bought it for my daughter. Please read the Quick Start Guide to learn how to turn on the device properly. Keep the manual in a safe place for quick reference if you forget how to turn it on.

Only used for pureeing and beating so far, my sister plans to use it later for soap making. The good and bad news is that it has a safety device so you can't stick your finger in the razor sharp blade and turn it on at the same time. It's a pound heavier than Kitchenaid as it uses 2 removable 18650 cells instead of unprotected lipo cells. This hand blender is very heavy and awkward to use.
