🍳 Cuisinart 12-Inch Tongs with Silicone Tips Review

Silicone on the tips is falling off and the product is less than 2 months old. Also, I'm just out of the returns window so it was basically a waste of money.

Good then. Can someone be aroused by tweezers? Oh well! It's awesome. It's like an extension of your hands or fingers. I wish I had known that many years ago. Love her, really love her! :-)

I've been looking for 9 inch silicone tipped tweezers for a while and was happy when I found them at Revain. I have a Ninja Foodi Grill and this is the perfect length for turning food. Easy to clean, durable and comfortable to hold when using.

I don't know what has happened to the quality of Cuisinart in the last few years but wow. Every tool I've bought with this Barrel Handle collection has been rubbish! The tong pads fell off before I'd even used them a dozen times. They claim they are dishwasher safe and I never leave them in a hot pan on the stove, so I don't get it. I use them to "grab" food while cooking, either from a baking tray or a non-stick pan. I am very happy with these pliers. They are well made and the silicone is thick and will likely last a long time if not abused. The Cuisinart name suggests they're likely to be more food safe than the unnamed brands, though both are likely made in China. And the locking mechanism is both convenient and elegant. I've had Cuisinart tongs I got from Costco for 5 years and just got another one at extra cost. The spring and locking mechanisms are of good quality and the whole product looks and feels very solid. Easy to use and store in the dish drawer. The product image shown is an accurate representation of what it actually looks like. The 9 inch length is perfect for everyday use.
