Make sure these are the ones you need.

The photo shows a smooth filter. Got mine and they were like twine. The photo was resized to reflect the correct filter, but I stuck with yarn filters when I wanted smoothness. Grr

Pros
  • In stock
Cons
  • Very expensive

The filter that comes with it looks way better than this one

I just bought a filtration system while renovating my water system. The included filter looks a lot better than these. Didn't know about the micron rating. After reading this I would say that anything over the 10 micron rating is probably overkill.

Pros
  • Reduced: Scale, Rust, Dirt & Coarse Sand
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
