I am so glad I bought this set. I searched a lot to find a good set at a good price. It didn't disappoint. I've been styling my hair with it almost every day for the last week and I love it. I love its colors (black and rose gold) and the handle is soft and comfortable to hold. There is a gauge that shows the temperature. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend it.

This would be a great curling iron but the on/off button is right where your hand is holding the handle so it turns on either MUCH more or MUCH less heat. Every time I do a perm I have to reset the temperature. Super disappointing. Don't buy this until they move the switch to a better location.

update; Customer Kara reached out and helped set things right although the product was not up to standard as expected, their business model and customer service was excellent for that reason if other products were offered I wouldn't mind doing business with them again to do business as they are very helpful and accessible. Gets hot very quickly! My 13 year old daughter easily figured out how to use them and so far she likes them, much better than her old one (other brand). It's also good value for money compared to the more expensive ones. The rose gold color is beautiful.

First time since purchase and the smaller curl of the stick wants to stay hot, after a curl it reports an error and then turns off completely. 4 other curling irons don't and are absolutely amazing. I'll see if the company can send me another wand curl, most likely it was defective. All in all I would recommend this wand curling kit to anyone

Is it not more than a year to work? At about 1 year old, he continued to read "ERR" on a digital screen. I turned it off, turned it back on and a few minutes after reaching temperature it read "ERR" again. I will not buy this brand again. I think that with minimal use by one person, a curling iron should last more than a year.

So far I like it a lot. It took me a second to figure out how to turn it on. I thought it might be broken. Then I realized that I need to hold down the power button for a few seconds. It heats up really fast. I could quickly make my whole head with the smallest barrel by taking big chunks. But happy with the results. I have not used any products. I just wanted to see how the product works. I'm glad I ordered one with safety tips. I found the glove more annoying so I took it off.

This curling iron is terrible it doesn't hold and every time you pick up the wand it gives an error and you have to try to place the barrel in the right place but when you curl your hair it moves and the error is returned. I would not buy or recommend this product, it was a terrible product and I plan to return if possible.

Love the product, versatility, color and style. Haven't used all of the sticks yet but I think all of the ones I have have chips and I'm giving 4 stars for that at the moment. It's annoying but doesn't bother me. The ones I've used heat up perfectly and evenly, giving a nice curl. I am a professional stylist and for my stylist sister the cord is long and stretchy. So far I think the price is absolutely reasonable. If I change my mind I will definitely update and tell you why.

Excellent wand! I love the texture of the pen and how it feels in my hand, it sure is hot enough and makes the best curls with the bubble wand that's GOAT! The only complaints are that the buttons on the handle are too easy to press and the little light stays on when plugged in; It drives me crazy at night since I keep it on my dressing table in my room.
