Packaging was destroyed with a gaping hole in the box, almost no packaging, missing one or more pieces. There is no packing list to check. The jack is not scratched as it was wrapped in plastic, a handle was made, there is no pin for the handle on the stem, you need to come up with something to use it. see photo of the box.

The landing leg of this item is badly bent and the box is broken. All I have to do is pry the pad back with a hammer. Not amused. No more heavy shopping at Revain. Whenever I buy something heavy, it often comes with damaged packaging and scratches or dents on the product.

Came without a box. The rest of the shipping information box was taped to the jack. The jack was scratched and missing the bolt, washer and nut to install the handle. I can buy the hardware just thought I paid enough to turn it on. :) I think everything is fine except this one.

I almost bought it for a little less but I read a review and it mentioned not having a spring loaded leg to pull it in when you pull the pin out. That's all there is to it. To lower the foot, pull the pin and step on the foot to lower it. To retract the leg, pull the pin and the spring will retract it.

Very good jack. Used it as a replacement for a bulldog that collapsed. This jack seems to be set a little lower so it takes a little more effort than a bulldog, but the effort to rotate is less than half that of a bulldog so I'm very happy with it. I've used it at least twenty times with a trailer loaded with either 6 tons of hay or a full load of firewood so I think it would be a good option.

Fitted to a PJ dump truck with 1/4" foot pieces about a year ago (their jack broke down). Our street brigade somehow manages to destroy everything, but it kept going. Unfortunately, I just had to order a new one, since one of the family representatives decided to leave it and take to the streets. Bent the entire trailer hook and bent the jack, but it can still be used. Great product but I agree the packaging sucks.

This thing was perfect for my needs. I didn't use everything, I used the innards to repair a bushing that I messed up with an internal screw. I used the entire internal assembly as I had a socket of the same size and type. (I didn't use the rest because my trailer already had special brackets welded to another jack and I didn't want to suffer). This thing is definitely heavy. I hold it up all the time and rest the weight of my skid steer on it and this thing holds up like a champ.

Exactly what I expected. Ordered 4 pieces, one for each corner of the shipping container. Yes I said 4 for the shipping container. I didn't need 4 of each to upgrade but I'm so glad I bought all 4. Shipping boxes suck. They need a lot more padding and protection as only 1 turned out to be intact. 3 were missing parts and screws but I don't care, hangers aren't needed and I don't really care about the screw. Since they are "weldable", I welded the D-rings halfway up and a 4" spacer on top, then…
