Not much to say about that. The connections appear to be well done and the box which I assume contains an integrated circuit looks waterproof at worst and epoxy filled at best so it's fine either way as it's in the trunk is installed. You will definitely need a few more zip ties, be sure to secure the wires securely to prevent chafing.

Manually wiring trailer lights in a modern automobile is complex, often requiring hard-to-reach electrical components, and prone to catastrophic failure. Curt wiring harnesses eliminate all of these shortcomings, except for the complex installation. The ease or difficulty of installation is largely dependent on the vehicle, not the wiring harness, as long as the wiring harness is well and properly constructed, just like Curt wiring harnesses.

The main problem with this thing is how difficult it is to install and how it works. It's not that difficult to install. This worked for me. I have rented trailers twice and used them to do the trailer lighting. Worked great. The only problem is that where I installed the control box, some of my fairing gets displaced on my Civic, so ideally I would have to cut a hole in the fairing to make it flush again. It's not perfect, but it's okay, it's okay. Cool device.

Haven't hooked up a trailer to this yet so not a full test but when connecting the driver's side turn signal wires the connectors are the correct size however the CURT connector includes an additional cable that is not present on the Honda. The bad part is the Honda has a plastic tab sticking out where the empty connector should be, which blocks the CURT connector and causes it to only go about 80% in. I used this harness when I installed a Curt clutch on my 2012 Mazda 3 i Touring. Because this vehicle has separate cornering and braking threads, and the standard trailer lighting uses combined braking and cornering threads, an electronic circuit is required to combine them. . I installed it on a Mazda 3 '07 sedan. Installation took 5 minutes by simply unplugging the bulbs and plugging this product in series on both the driver and passenger sides. I removed the 4 screws holding the carpeting in place and ran a cable from the passenger side to the driver's side computer module to keep the trunk clean.
