The quality seems to be good. However, the installation does not correspond to the description and does not match the window as expected. This product, which is still in the packaging, could not be used. Double check your window size, I liked it 5 times but the razor didn't fit. I think the shade is not sized correctly or the mounts are not as they should be.

I bought these shades May 3, 2019 Now September 1, 2020 I originally bought two shades. One, straight out of the box, didn't retract (broken spring?). I sent it back with no problems and got a replacement. It is now September 1st, 2020. It's been a little over a year and when I went to put the lampshade on today the spring must have broken and now the lampshade won't go back. I've tried raising it manually but to no avail. I advise you to look for something better and not buy these shades.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on these shades and had them professionally installed only to find that over 75% of them don't roll back. I wanted to return them but I couldn't take them off without the installer coming back and I didn't want to pay him twice so I contacted the company to see how to deal with it and they never responded to me.
