Creates a seal anywhere

I have used this material to replace gaskets in water pumps and carburetors. It works great and the price is really reasonable.

As a result, it worked fine

The availability of the role was a problem. The cut seals had to be stressed for a few days to smooth them out. They are quite difficult to install when rolled up.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Available in black only.

Comfortable and customizable.

My husband sometimes does minor repairs on our cars, which is very convenient. It is very convenient that you can choose the material according to your needs. It's been good for us so far.

Pros
  • One year probationary period
Cons
  • Some defects

It works, but there is a downside.

This gasket material works well but has a downside. It's twisted so tightly that flattening it might snap if you're in a hurry. .

Burned FAST – Not High Temperature

According to the description, it is expected that you can use this material for engine parts that are exposed to high temperatures. NOT RIGHT! I used it on my old Mitey Mac engine and the gasket caught fire in less than 5 minutes. I thought I would save time by ordering a gasket maker from Amazon, but I only had to go to Napa or the Auto Zone to do the real deal. The photo on the left is unused material. That's right, a piece that caught fire after a few minutes of use. Do not use for high…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen

Thicker Than I Need - Mea Culpa

I wasn't sure what size I needed so I went for the thicker variety. I should have ordered 1/32" stock by now I know. However, I can't fault this company or supplier and can probably use them on a new MAF gasket. This gasket is already a unicorn - most replacement parts I've seen come with no spacers. This thicker material is a little more difficult to work with - keep it flat as you cut. Aluminum parts should fit snugly when tightened. Note that this material is rolled up and moderately soft…
