expensive but probably better than cheaper oval frames. Can't find them in box stores or even art supply stores. They are not deep enough for the Fredricks 5x7 canvas. But my portrait painter did it. Now we have 5 generations of husbands and wives on the wall. 5x7 is a handy size considering there are only 10 portraits. Contact me if you need the artist's name and portrait photos in oil. They are phenomenal and not expensive. The artist lives in New England.

Bought two of these for my mum as I made her some silhouettes of her grandchildren for Christmas. I wanted the traditional black oval frames to complement the ones she made for us when we were kids and they fit perfectly. Arrived safe, safe. I did silhouettes of my kids at Disneyland but decided not to buy the frames they sell because of the luggage space. These black frames appear to be more durable than those sold at Disneyland. The Disney frame and this one currently cost the same ($25). I had no problems with the image quality. I love how they look like wood with a solid black design, while Disney's look like plastic with gold accents. I wish this frame didn't cut off the Disneyland logo, but I guess beggars don't get a choice.
