I bought this to complete my 2 year olds kitty costume, she is in between 2t/3t pants and the 18-24 size fit her well even over her leggings. I was surprised they had little diaper cover built in, but it worked fine. The bow was cute too. She did immediately find a loose string to yank and pulled the tulle a bit, only reason for my 4 star rating. I wish I had found this before I made one last year for her 1 year old pictures! Would recommend!

This tutu exceeded my expectations, it is soft and full, it has many layers of tulle and after I separated the layers individually it looks like a ballet tutu.

Very cute and versatile. Can make any body suit dressy. Loved the fluffiness of the tutu. The headband was a little cheaply made but got the job done.

Loved this little tutu! It has shorts under it to make sure the diaper stays covered. The only thing I didn't like was that the fabric was a bit lighter than the tutu part and the tutu started down lower than the waistband. That was solved by keeping her shirt untucked! We used this skirt for professional photos (Holly Young Photography) and it was perfect!

I purchased this for a Halloween costume. The quality is great for the price and I love the built in bloomers. It still fits my toddler well 6 months later. I would purchase again if I needed another color.

Cute but arrived with hole in the leg and the tulle separating from the bloomer. The construction is really poor. If you want this to take a picture then throw in the garbage - buy this. If you’re looking for something that will last - look elsewhere.

This tutu fit my daughter PERFECTLY! She's 1 and still can fit 3-6 month clothes so it was hard to find her a birthday outfit that actually fit. This fits her now and has room for her to grow as well. And they shipped it so soon!
