The product works well. My biggest complaint is that it's very expensive for what it is and doesn't go as far as you think, especially if you cut the boards a lot, the first coat absorbs quickly and you really need to put at least 2 coats on and of course the wax supply needs to be refilled once a month if you use your boards at all.

Ideal for cutting boards. This is the best blend of oil and wax I have found. Oil absorbs well and wax prolongs life. The protection lasts a couple of months before the boards start looking very dry and wet again. I usually put them on and leave them on overnight, then wipe off and wash off the excess. or smell it.

The question isn't whether I liked the product. Rather, I liked my cutting board. Following the instructions, I thoroughly cleaned, washed and dried my board, which was over 10 years old. As a finishing treatment, when properly applied and buffed with an electric wheel, it gives a silky smooth finish that brings out the beauty of the wood.
