CyberPower GS60304: 6-Outlets Power Strip 💡 with 3-Foot Cord in Elegant White Finish Review

Inexpensive extension cord. All of this gives you more outlets, not protection. Don't call it breakwater :-) For what it is, it's great. Bought a pair now, will likely buy more for different projects.

The phone did not charge when plugged in. Then the outlets in my room kept going out. In the end I decided that the problem was in that cheap extension cord. When I tried to plug it in somewhere else, it caught fire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

EDIT: I plug in the reverse charging connector and it charges my iPhone again. I don't know why it doesn't charge with the plug in the other direction. It powers my desk lamp but no longer charges my iPhone, while the same plug I use to charge my iPhone works fine with other outlets. I was hoping it would take longer than five months.

I use the power button to plug in a computer, monitor, lamp, etc. I leave it on the ground and use my foot to turn it off when you're done using the items. This saves me money as these items continue to draw power even when they are off. It works as it should so I'm happy with my purchase. This power switch is lightweight, versatile and easy to use. Good value for money. I hope this review helps!

UPDATE December: I bought 2 of these. 5 months later, NOT A JOB. I didn't think about the cable length. It will be good for my entertainment center but not for my kitchen. I didn't consider the distance from the outlet to the floor; also how short the cables on my small devices are. Now it looks more like a one foot rope. Long tail octopus (not that anyone knows what an electric octopus is yet. Think about it :)

For many connector types this works great but if the connector is a bit larger or has a transformer you will either need to use the bottom connector only or cover at least 1 other connector, often 2. You can make design changes: 1) Make the base triangular and alternate the two surfaces where the fork enters to make more room for odd shaped forks. 2) Reposition the plug so that the transformer does not block other plugs. We needed something for our indoor greenhouse and for about $4 it was easy and solved our problem of connecting multiple LED grow lights. It can have 6 sockets but that doesn't mean you have to plug 6 devices into it as it all depends on what you plug in and what type of plug it has.
