Put this on a list and done a size down like I had seen people say I needed to do. Received it and it was too small. Had I done my original size I believe it would have been fine.

I bought it because after giving birth to my fourth child, my stomach shrinks very slowly. at first I was satisfied, but then the belt began to bulge and stretch so that I was able to pinch on the fourth row in one week. it's impossible because I'm not losing weight. if I could get my money back. it's not worth it. I am upset.

This waist trainer is super comfortable. I can wear it the whole day and it doesn’t hurt. The material used is great. I got a size small and it’s true to size. I love that it has 5 hook layers so you can get more wear from it. It also comes with a second belt for your lower abdomen or fupa which was too big for me, but a great option for those who need it. I’m 10 weeks post partum and this belt has helped my waist get back to its pre-pregnacy size

Love the product, love the fact that the product comes in two pieces. This is great for anyone that want to get the bottom part of the stomach. Very comfortable, looking forward to slimmer waist soon with the help of this waist trainer.

Although the waist trainer was difficult to put on (I'm a newbie), the control was awesome. Held me in proper. With just the right pressure that let's you know its working, but comfortable too. It definitely served its purpose.

I've only had a chance to wear it one day but so far I like the girdle, I ordered the size that the size chart suggest but it's still to big, otherwise I think it would work will.Thank youKaren Adams

Good product overall. Waist trainer was too small but the hip piece fit. I would suggest using size chart for correct size. Good customer service.

Fabric is so soft and feels good to wear. Size is accurate. Comes with pelvis belt which can be worn without the waist trainer. Since I have a 70 year old body, and certainly not postpartum, I look forward to its benefits at my age. Love to wear it and recommend.

I have very sensitive skin and the product material is a soft spandex that doesn't irritate my skin. I love the many clasps that help with shaping my post partum belly.

Even though I ordered the largest size, it was still way too small. My normal size here in the US is an XL to 2XL. Thanks for attention.

I like the fabric used,--feels good. Also, it gives you options of how tight you'd like to wear it with its 5 rows of hook closures. Then, too, you can wear the top or bottom part singly or together. Good value!
