97 Mazda B2300 P/U direct replacement

Remove old cartridge from bumper, install. Remove the bulb from the old socket and insert it. Ready. extra bright. Weatherproof, looks submersible.

Pros

Bad design or bad instructions

Arrived quickly. The original f150 socket does not have a secure connection to the connector supplied by the manufacturer of this aftermarket lamp. In fact, you can get water in that connection and blow a fuse or spark. good design, not very good instructions (no instructions at all) on how to fix product bugs. They are now installed and will hopefully run for a long time.

Bright! During the installation you have to make some settings.

Works at 03 field trip. These spade connectors go where the old lightbulbs go. It's bright! I wonder if they are legal? In any case, it's best to have 3M black electrical tape to seal these blade contacts, otherwise they can become loose fairly easily over time. Just start wrapping those suckers! Electrical tape 3m is the best, elastic, it's the only tape we use in our work.
