I had inverted nipples and the surgery helps to make them normal and erect, but these ornaments are too heavy and big for small or inverted nipples. I have a friend with big nipples, they will look amazing on her. Back to simple decorations for me now.

This jewelry is so cute! But it's not hypoallergenic. If you have a sensitivity, I suggest skipping this topic. The bars are stainless steel, but the "jewelry" bits must be nickel or some other irritating substance. If you intend to wear them for a long time, look elsewhere. If you want to surprise your SO one night, do it.

These are great nipple rings. Super cute and definitely big for well endowed women with giant bites. I am from the pancake tribe. A problem. I had a terrible reaction, not usually sensitive. I do not know. I am very sad about that. I try them again to see if it was due to cleanliness or lack of nipple care.

I haven't tried them all but the one pair I wanted to wear the most was defective. When it's fully twisted, the two ends don't align, so they both point in the same direction and line up with each other. I have to leave it a little loose to make it look right. The design keeps it from spinning and falling off even when loose, but I don't want to wear loose jewelry that could fall out and then close the piercing.
