Waste of Money: my feedback

Based on my experience, this shredder is an absolute waste of money. It claims to be "office electronics," but it consistently jams and won't even shred basic paper. The only pro is its compact size, but the cons greatly outweigh it. It's loud, slow, and not at all reliable. Don't bother with this product.

Download it and do other things.

This is a GREAT product. It takes a little getting used to, but after that it tears and tears and tears. The paper feed really works - put it in and get on with other things. Feeder loves paper, even stapled paper. Doesn't like envelopes.

Fancy Feeder doesn't work, not worth the price.

The ADF is not working. A previous reviewer also pointed out the problem, and while there may be a little manual trick to get the paper in there, it's not clear and tech support couldn't help. YouTube videos show how to use the shredder and I did everything exactly like the model in the video, it was impossible. The manual is terrible. 70 pages of information translated into many languages, one page in English and some confusing pictograms. I'm so annoyed because I was willing to pay more than…
