I like that it is easy to use, has a lot of features, and is free for basic plans. It also works well with other services such as Slack and Zoom. I dislike that the platform can be slow at times, especially when using the chat feature. Also, there are sometimes errors in the chat which can make it difficult to communicate effectively.
