Good but not perfect

Nice watch! The only problem I have is that the Italian leather strap is too short. I don't have a very wide wrist, but the strap doesn't fit me. Probably should be 1/4-1/2 inch longer.

The bracelet broke after 1 year and the time has slowed down by more than 5 minutes.

I don't know why so many people like it but now I threw it away. First, it's well and good. But then, a year later, time slowed down by 5 minutes. The leather strap has since snapped and I can no longer use it. Instead of changing the strap, I changed the watch because I was frustrated.

Dirty packaging - be careful when gifting

The watch is nice, but the packaging. The box is torn open on the sides with tape and a barcode is placed on the sides. Usually this is not a big problem; However, I am planning to give this to my fiance for our wedding tomorrow morning and I was expecting a nicer box. Sebastian from tech support was useless as I just wanted to replace the cap (which looks dirty and torn).
