I didn't know how to rate this item? All in all it was adorable! The biggest problem is the detachable skirt. Could he wrap himself around my granddaughter twice? Very big and almost thought it was a few sizes too big? The leg area was also very wide? Overall not tight enough for a bathing suit! (Item was purchased for a 3 year old very tall and thin)

Perfect for my 3 year old! The skirt you tie is quite big so we just wrapped it around my girl twice. So it will work for little or big girls. There is no label to indicate which side is back/front. But I found the lower side looks much better on the back. (First time mom here) The leg holes are pretty big on my little one, but nothing that looks ridiculous or anything.

It looks adorable on my 4 year old but the skirt is uncomfortable. It's incredibly long and the skirt portion itself wraps around it 1.5 times, but there's no hole in the band to hold it in place. It's hard to explain, but it's just poorly made and uncomfortable. Also the ribbon/tie is not the same as in the picture, it's more of a ribbed ribbon, not satin like in the picture. Pretty disappointed for the price but too late to return as my daughter saw it and loved it.
