I almost always get blisters on my feet when I go out dancing and this helps prevent it. Unfortunately, there are only a few shoes that I can wear them with, so they don't show up. but anyway. super comfy

They are too thick to wear with shoes, but I recommend wearing them barefoot at home or even when sleeping. They helped me a lot with my leg pain even if they were too tight.

Ordered brown shoes with black lace accent, according to shoe chart provided. It was the perfect match. I ordered medium for my daughter who wears size 7 to 7 1/2 shoes. It is very well made and comes with a black lace tote bag so she can keep her shoes together in her dance bag without losing them. The lower stand also makes a well-made impression.
