Danskin Ultrasoft Convertible Backseam Girls' Clothing - Size 10 for Socks & Tights Review

It was only a few weeks of ballet classes for my 10 year old before they started running and punching. We've had much better luck with their competitors' products but they sold out last time so I gave them a try.

My 7 year old daughter has been wearing them for 3 months now and attends 3 different dance classes. These tights are in great condition! No holes, no tears, no snags and no spools! I am so happy with the quality! This will be the only dance tights I will buy in the future.

Unfortunately, although they are called "tights" they are thinner than pantyhose. I put them on my daughter and initially they walk in them, now they are only for training and not for any shows etc.

The first thing I noticed was the (apparently) previously opened and torn box. When I inspected the tights they were in good condition except for a tiny spot on the foot. My conclusion is that they were worn, returned and then resold. No thank you.

They have held up great so far! Her leggings usually rip after a few sessions, but she's been wearing them to class for the past two months. She loves the changeable design.

These tights aren't the cheapest, but they're worth the money. My daughter is not the most sensitive when it comes to clothing. She uses it to dance and they don't run around and start sawing. We wash in the machine in a mesh bag, there were no problems. After 3-4 months they look like new.

I understand that dancer tights come and go pretty quickly. Especially if you have a dancer who attends multiple classes a week. But these tights held up 2 degrees before a nice little hole appeared in the back seam. I'm definitely disappointed in them and next time I'll pay extra for the ones that last a little longer!

These tights are well made. The color is pale pink, perfect. My granddaughter is 36 pounds and 41 inches tall. The small size 4-6 is a bit long but fits her very well.

I expected more from the Danskin brand. They had holes in them after my daughter wore them to a dance class once. They weren't in places where the pantyhose could snag on anything to make a hole.

This is the first time I have ordered a Danskin and am happy to report that it fits perfectly. The color isn't quite what I was expecting from a ballet pink but these are only training tights so it's ok.

These are excellent tights apart from a small hole in the seam at the crotch which caused the tights to leak on the first try. Bought as a spare but my daughter tried them on to make sure they fit and then we noticed the hole and ran away. I'm happy to trade for a new pair if the seller agrees.

I was very disappointed. I bought two pairs for two girls. You hooked from the first wear! I expected more from this brand.

Excellent quality tights. Fits just as expected. Daughter says these are the most comfortable tights she has ever worn. Will definitely buy again.

Tights should be thicker than nylon so they can be worn multiple times without slipping or tearing. These tights are very disappointing. My daughter wore them for about 2 hours for ONE dance class and her foot hurt a lot.

Fits as expected. Need a theatrical pink for a solo concert. The store wasn't my daughter's size, they just assured that tights could be on the Friday before the concert. Revan always gets it right. So much for trying to shop local.

The size is not exactly reflected in the table. They are narrower than other brands. My 5 year old is petite and could barely put them on. Then she immediately took them off. The rating is still high as the rest of the product was great. Ideal for dancing. The seams are not visible. Strong fibers. soft feeling

These are my daughter's favorite ballet tights. She attends classes 5 days a week and I appreciate that they are well made and comfortable too.

The hole in the leg is bigger than I expected. Made it less convenient. Didn't even notice there was a seam on the back of the leg. Not bad, just not something my daughter can wear to shows. Work well and go well over tights

Fits my daughter perfectly and is a great price. Couldn't find them anywhere near the house except at a boutique that was overpriced. My daughter dances 4 days a week for 2 hours and is doing great.

These tights are ideal for dancing. They are comfortable and fit well. They are durable and do not tear easily. The color is exactly what my daughter's ballet costume needed.
