The listed Wi-Fi antennas are too short for my case

I have a Cooler Master Haf XB case and the m.2 wireless card is furthest from the IO. The first antenna barely stretched the IO, but the second had to be improvised and placed on the side of the case, causing it to break. You may need antenna extensions, but that entirely depends

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good product for the money

Product as described, arrived on time with no damage. Can't tell if he boosted the signal, but he's walking through a tin building, so that should help.

A major upgrade from internal antennas for use on small desktops

I needed something to get decent Wi-Fi coverage from my new Mini-ITX. We tried a few of the ones sold here and on the bay and they kept getting worse - probably because the body is all metal. After installing this pair, reception was top notch and throughput more than doubled. The only complaint I might have is that it would be nice if they came with a standard backplate that you could mount antennas on. I use an old universal I had laying around and drilled holes to attach them - works great…

Works cheap no complaints

Bought in combination with a Compex WLE200NX installed on a PfSense Netgate SG-4860 and it worked. While I don't expect to need another set, I would buy this one again. PS I didn't contact tech support (it wasn't necessary) so I can't say how good/bad that is.

Great replacement for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna motherboard.

My Asus motherboard came with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and uses a flimsy shark fin stand for the antenna. I replaced it with this one and it works great for pairing my airfields. I had to unplug the Logitech receiver from the antenna or the Bluetooth connection would drop, but moving it farther away from the antenna kept the airfield connection uninterrupted. The range has also increased. able to stay connected beyond the computer room.

Terrible range and performance

These antennas worked but the range and performance were worse than the standard antennas on my 7 year old Actiontec router which are half the size and less powerful. Tested with multiple devices and distances and they don't work as well as the old ones. Obviously they worked for some people but not for me.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Annoying

Skip the "internal " antennas and get this

I've tried several "internal" "laptop" antennas here and to be honest none of it worked. for all. However, they come as close as possible to what would be OEM quality. Signal strength at the same level but with significant walls and gaps in between is still strong even in my garage. The pigtails are of good quality and will fit my 7260 cards securely. Not much to say about the antennas themselves other than that you get exactly what is described; around 6dbi amplified antennas that will work…

One of our antennae was missing.

One of the antennas on one of our routers (Netgear R6900P) was missing, ordered 2 of these antennas to add to the router by removing one of the existing antennas and adding 2 of them. So now I have a router with an original antenna and two dual-band 2DANUC 6dBi 2.4GHz-5GHz WiFi antennas. With these antennas, the speed of the wireless network decreased, they were removed, they used only two original antennas again, and the Wi-Fi speed increased. Well made antenna, but didn't fit me. I think I…
