Instructions are useless but after five or six videos I installed it. Revain has some videos to help with wiring but no wall mounting instructions. You can find this in a YouTube search for installing a wall light. They look pretty good - they put out a ton of light so you might need lower wattage bulbs.

an ordinary layman could not assemble it. Do not order them unless you intend to hire a certified electrician to install them. I love the look of them but I can't connect the wires following instructions I don't understand in vocabulary to put the parts together. I can't use them because I can't install them. Please send clearer instructions because this is terrible.

Ideal for reading lamps on either side of the bed. The plugin app was easy to install. The wall mount instructions were vague and difficult to see/read, but overall the wall mount was easy and only took 2 about 45 minutes to install. I installed it with 60w bulbs but it's too bright for a bedroom. I would recommend 40 watt bulbs. Or somehow the built-in dimmer can be bought separately.

They are great for the price. The style is perfect. But I would say the brass tone is a bit more yellow/slightly orange. The hilt is a lot more orange than the reviews and description warns, so I bought liquid leaf (gold leaf enamel paint) and painted the hilt with it and it matches the rest of the brass mounting perfectly. Overall I like them but they were difficult to install. It came with instructions for hooking it up, be it a wired connection or converting to a plug, but not for mounting or assembling anything else. The biggest problem we had was trying to screw the gold knobs on the front of the base to the wall mount.
