My chair arrived today with no instructions. Do not worry! It is very easy to assemble. This takes about 20-30 minutes. Just make sure you attach the lifting handle on the right side or it won't work. Assembled it is very stylish and very convenient. I left the plastic until I got a case for it. I use it for home use and it fits most angles.

I wanted to give this chair a good run for the money before writing this review and I have to say I was not disappointed. I have clients of all shapes and sizes, ranging in weight from 40 pounds to 300 pounds and up, and the hydraulic feature has yet to fail (although I don't recommend having someone that heavy all the time), but I love this chair and would definitely buy one him again.

I bought this chair for a home salon and it looks great! It was easy to assemble, but I had to remove the levers already attached to completely remove the protective plastic wrap. My chair was not damaged as seen in previous reviews. The chair was difficult to attach to the base. I had to use a hammer on a pin that couldn't go into the base easily.
