How to unlock the bowl. The ring on which the shell sits bears the sign of lock and unlocking. Twist the key ring to unlock it as shown in the picture, just make sure you block the key or it will fly away. I just got this and made the cookies perfect

This was the second time I used it. Both times the blades were difficult to insert, but it worked the first time. This time the blade broke while mashing! It was obvious where the rust was on the hinges! I just bought this, are you kidding? Now I not only have to redo the dishes, but also clean up a huge mess. Very disappointed.

I bought this after reading all the reviews that suggested I should save up for a $300 brand of kitchen appliances. I've used this for 4 different cakes, it worked great every time. All the reviews about 'it's not hard enough', not hard enough for what? kill a man if he gets hit in the head? The weight didn't make it bad at all. It feels like all the reviews that said you only have to buy kitchen help are lying and they get paid for it. This brand works great and looks really cute.

This is a good little blender that costs a lot less than other stand mixers. Several batches of oatmeal scotch biscuits have already been made, as well as several cakes with homemade icing. I have been using this product for a little over 2 weeks to bake 3-4 loaves of sourdough bread per week. First, the other reviews are spot on: the dough hooks don't stay attached to the machine. You'll keep pulling and reattaching the hook from the dough and wondering why you don't just stick with hand kneading.
