DataGroomr leverages Machine Learning to find duplicate Salesforce records automatically. Duplicates are loaded into a list where users can compare records side-by-side, select which values to retain, append new values and merge, resulting in a consolidated view of every customer.

Best Data Validation Tool For Sales Leads

The most important part is that it automates your process for data validation when dealing with huge amount of sales/lead information - this saves you alot time! I feel like some fields could be more detailed but overall its great so far! Definitely recommended!! We were solving our problems regarding validating duplicated email addresses within leads from multiple sources (outbound & leadgen). Solid platform and easy-to follow guidance

I like that there's an option for data merging between different SF templates with this product! Really helpful when we have multiple orgs or if you're importing more than one source at once - saves all kinds time & effort going from A through Z comparing each SObject individually before hitting import button :) The UI is also pretty straight forward so it isn't too overwhelming even though they do offer several plans (we used Plan E). We haven´t run across any issues while using Datagroomrr as

  • That everything can pull directly into Salesforce, which makes our life easier in terms of updating clients' information regularly without having duplicate records scattered around various platforms within my organization; plus allows me keep track better where certain accounts are located throughout sales force vs google sheets + excel files..etc

  • Not really something specific i dislike right away however sometimes takes awhile getting accustomed

Very helpful when it comes to comparing data between multiple sales team members

The best thing about this software is that it helps me save time by comparing duplicated data within my organization's sales team (Sales Cloud). I am able use this tool so much more efficiently than manually searching for discrepancies between two or multiple lists/data sets! It also allows us great flexibility when looking at different variables across our database - we have been using all fields available as well with very good results thus far!!   • Multiple sources accessible in same project window without constant switching tabs back and forth among them.

Wonderful platform as well fantastic customer service!

I love that this tool is intuitive and easy for everyone to use. It really helps keep our contacts data up-to-date, and it's been helpful because we've had some unexpected client terminations recently. Sometimes it's just a pain to get an update if you're not in front of your computer immediately afterwards and we've found ourselves waiting for email updates sometimes too.
