A great technology partner who is always eager and ready

I like that they are very flexible with their approach when it comes to solving problems for us (customers). The team has been able to understand our requirements well which made working together smooth sailing from day one! They have helped solve some really tough challenges we had at work - big ones too! We do not find any dislikes about them as such but would be interested if anyone else feels so please share. Our main challenge was getting all systems up & running seamlessly across multiple

  • Easy deployment, good support
  • Flexibility in terms user permissions/group access.
  • Very quick turnaround during project milestones or issue resolution; always responded fast even weekends :)

Fantastic support & professionalism

The team at Datamc has been fantastic throughout our implementation process from day one all through until now when we are still working closely with them as part of their project management phase. They have always delivered everything that they said would be implemented - even better than planned! Their customer service is excellent too. Nothing so far (except perhaps an extra 10 minutes here and there for me). As I'm sure you know this can sometimes take longer than expected but it's not…
