The data collection part was well managed with easy to use interface for us who are not very familiarized about this system, as we had never used it until now! It's great because they can be configured depending what equipment you need in order to run your business properly (and how many workers). I think there could have been more options when configuring devices or employees but maybe those will come up if/when needed by our customers so far everything works perfect!! We're solving problems…

I like how easy it was to use, as well has being able t o do what we need without any problems at all! It's user friendly for anyone who wants something more than they are used too with other systems out there in this market place today!! Nothing so far but will be sure if anything comes up i can contact their support team immediately or via phone call which makes me happy because you know customer service matters most when choosing products over others available here now days. Keep using them
