Suitable for beginners and children for disc golf

I'm a zero at disc golf. I liked him so much that I moved the rest of the family to live with him. We had a great time with just my set. We got tired of haggling over the fact that we all bought extra kits. My wife and son use this set and I was given another to try. This set flies much better for someone who is brand new and doesn't have much power or speed. The SPZ2 (Pirate) is my favorite disc out of all the discs we currently have and there are about 25. To me it flies the same as the…

Good starter set in sports

Good quality and price for a starter set. good weight They seem pretty durable and don't damage easily, but we've only played about 3 games with them so far and they haven't had a chance to really hurt themselves. The discs do not indicate which is stick, middle or driver. The description states that the images may vary so it will be difficult for a person unfamiliar with disc golf to tell which is which. You can tell the difference between them by the shape of the edge of each disc. Maybe…

Great set for those starting out in disc golf (like me).

I'm new and these are my only wheels. I've never thrown any other discs, so I can't compare them to other brands of disc golf discs. I think these discs are great. So far I like the feel of these discs and the graphics on them. I hit trees a few times and hit the top of a chain link fence in the park. Now my superhero has a few dents and such, but not enough to require new discs. I don't notice them when I hold them in my hands. All in all a good disc in my opinion. I would recommend them to…

Slightly lighter than Innova

These are on average 10g lighter than the corresponding discs in the Innova starter set but the profiles are almost identical (same rim, diameter, depth etc). Weight I got: Zombie 136g, Pirate 140g, Superhero 137g My first impression (as a total newbie) was that I threw these discs a bit straighter than the Innovas, but overall they are very similar. This set is probably the best choice for kids who want extra weight to be a concern, but as a small adult without much strength I would be happy…

Suitable for beginners or those who don't have a really strong throw.

We bought a Crown Me bag with 2 sets of discs to try out the game, they didn't fly well so we looked for a better set. Couldn't decide so bought Prime Burst and these drives from Lattitude 64. It made our game more enjoyable. Significant range improvement, more controlled mids and a good racquet. I tore both rotator cuffs and I have bad knees too, my wife has bad knees too so we can't do big running shots. However, these discs fly fairly straight and steady without the severe tilt of our other…

I started an amazing hobby but was quickly replaced.

I got into disc golf in February earlier this year. I've done some research but really everyone will have their own experience of how these rims feel and fly. The stick and driver are fine, but I clearly don't like the mid-range Pirate and it's been out of my bag for a long time. I still take it to field training and it never flies like I expect it to. Can't blow my mind with the kit because it's totally fine as it got me addicted to buying discs because I felt like I should try something. new…

Great for beginners

Absolute beginner and ended up buying six three disc starter kits. So far this and the Innova set have been the most useful for me. I really like Zombie Putter and Pirate Midrange, although I'm starting to prefer heavier rims as I get better - that's the way it should be. The Pirate was the first record to start going where I wanted to go, especially after it got hit, and for a while it was my 'best' record. Yes, the plastic is a little soft, but that's only an issue if you bump into trees or…

Cheaper is good for sport

Let me start by saying I LOVE Pirate it's a good disc and in most cases it flies straighter and farther than a superhero. It wasn't supposed to be, but when I received my kit I noticed that the driver was deformed. It's not exactly on the table. I've done everything I can to fix this distortion and gotten a little better, but still not worth putting out a new disc like this. My superhero really isn't good for anything other than the occasional cutscene. Now for the zombies, yes. E only. It's…
