Fatal Flaw: Shoddy Zippers

This would be the perfect bag if it weren't for one fatal flaw: zippers. I was on a 3 week trip to Cambodia and used it as a daypack and as a carry on on the plane. On the third day of the trip, one of the zippers on the outside bag broke, leaving the bag open and not closing. After a week one of the zippers on the main compartment came loose and I couldn't put it back on. The zipper still worked, but I had to open and close it without tension. Received this backpack yesterday and immediately checked it out to make sure it met my needs. PROS: large size for my needs, lots of storage compartments, well designed, strong external zippers, material of the bag feels very durable, fits well on the shoulders and body (I'm a tall guy), easy to manoeuvre. in crowded buses and trains it is easy to switch from the back to the front. Great bag for every purpose

I ordered this bag for work and motorcycle trips. I liked the reversible strap so I took a chance. As soon as I received it, I realized how much more things fit in than I originally thought. The bag makes a well-made and robust impression.
