Professional services & great customer service

This design team was able to help me understand my vision for what I wanted to achieve with my website and helped bring it about in such a professional manner that I couldn't be more pleased! They were very good at keeping me informed throughout the process, which made them easy to work with and trust. A pleasure working directly and closely along side mark - highly experienced, attentive to details

I worked with Mark at de facto as he took over my project after our first meeting! He was so professional from start-to finish (and beyond!). Working remotely gave us flexibility in scheduling meetings which made things easier than they could have been otherwise!! The team is great too but we had some minor issues getting started that were resolved quickly by them all together when it came time during final phases before launch/launch day itself :) Great experience overall. Professional, efficient and attentive service provided to my needs for web development

The team is very professional in their work ethic! They have been able find ways around issues we've faced that are unique or hard-to solve using other software programs (or even our own). Working with them was seamless from start line through completion -- they're great people who truly care about your project's success as much if not more than you do yourself!!
