The ease of use to be able to get an idea about how it works with Quickbooks is great! I am very happy that this integrates so well in my quick books account as it allows me to do all invoicing from within the system itself. It is very easy to use, it has all of my accounts in one place which makes life easier when I'm trying to track things like payments made by clients or invoices that have been paid out. The customer service can be slow at times but this isn't always their fault as they are working from home during these days due to COVID-19 restrictions. I like that they have so many options to help you get debt paid off as fast as possible! It was easy at first but then they stopped working correctly. My client would log in multiple times each day just trying to figure out how their payments were going. They also didn't seem to be able to create new accounts which made it difficult to assign them other clients or customers since we did not want multiple users logging into one account.
