Finally received my heated towel rails yesterday after waiting several days due to bad weather. Installed immediately and very happy with it. These shelves are great for saving space and they fit perfectly since our basement bathroom is ridiculously small.

Great towel rail for my small bathroom. I wanted something that can hold a lot of towels as I don't have anywhere in my bathroom to put towels. All requirements were thus fully met. Very well made and comes with all the hanging accessories which is lovely. Looks great, gives the bathroom a very nice look.

Arrived quickly and exactly as described. It was easy to install and holds my towels perfectly. Since I have big fluffy ones, there are no gaps between them, like in the picture - this is not a problem. What I really liked was the presence of two types of screws! I could choose between a long screw and drywall insert and a shorter screw. In my bathroom I needed both as I needed to place the counter.

Used as a towel rail. Pretty hard work. It was slightly bent upon arrival but with the help of a small muscle I was able to adjust and straighten it to my liking. I plan on getting another one when we renovate our other bathroom. The cloths are pretty taut in any position. Almost too tight. These are regular "Costco" towels. I bought this for a very small apartment with limited space. It holds regular thick towels well but my large fluffy bath towels are a little firmer but still work. Mounting to the wall was easy, but I recommend using different anchors than the ones that come with the stand. I used snapskru #6 x 1-1/4 self-drilling drywall anchors and it was a breeze with a cordless screwdriver. I have bought 2 bathroom towel rails (beloved wife does). When they arrived I measured twice, got their live advice and proceeded to make the wall for alignment with the laser, then opened up the mounting hardware with puffs and a hole drilling template.
