These shoes fit my son for Christmas but are not suitable for long term use. They look adorable and are exactly like the picture. Beautiful black color, imitation leather look. However, I find them bulky, heavy and very uncomfortable for my young son. Desperately looking for cute boys shoes, I wouldn't leave them.

They were so cute when I put them on my son. It took a lot of effort to get her back on her feet. The opening was very tight, even with tongue bandages to allow stretch. Unfortunately, he'll likely only get one wear and tear from it. I would buy them again because they are very cute. I think I would go at least 1 size up to make sure I can fit his feet in easily and know his toes won't get pinched.

As other reviewers have said they are quite thick. However, the problem for us was not the shoes themselves, but the elastic on the sides. It should be larger or it should go deeper to give more room to insert the foot. Once his leg was in he could walk normally and they fitted perfectly. They looked adorable in his little vest and tie! For disposable shoes like ours, they did a great job. I wouldn't recommend them any more. My son is 2 1/2 and we bought the 8w if that helps.
