does not match the size at all

The shoes are perfect. If you choose the right size. I only wear size 7 to 7½, that's what I ordered. They were so tight I couldn't even get my foot through the hole. And yes, I unlaced them, that wasn't the problem. I returned them for a larger size. At the time of my return (problem from Amazon, not the seller) the next size up was no longer available. Personally, I recommend ordering one size larger than you normally get.

Cute, comfortable, but the threads were torn/loose when received

The left shoe had a tear on the tongue when receiving and unpacking the goods; The right boot has loose threads where the laces go through the boot. When the shoes are on, the flaws are imperceptible; However, I am concerned about durability. I've only worn it once since I received it (item was delivered on Saturday 17th July and I'm wearing it/writing this on Monday 19th July). So far the shoes are very comfortable. Comfortable and supportive women's (or youth) walking shoes, sizing as expected!

Bought these shoes for my 12 year old daughter and she loves them! Bonus - they add an extra lift! 😃 She says the shoes feel soft and her feet don't hurt at all throughout the school day. I love the look of these shoes and the many colors they come in! However, she loves drab tennis shots, so I kind of knew that she would pick these as soon as I presented her with the various list options, to which she agreed. So Covid made me buy shoes online. I won't go into details, but I buy a lot of shoes, my husband is afraid. Everyone I photographed with the last shoe before that is a size 6 ($30 from China).
