Found that the inner holster does not hold my S21 firmly. The phone only moves 1-2 mm. but when you pick up the phone, you definitely feel it in your hand. For half the OEM price, this case works great.

Never had a problem with Otterbox protective cases. You can feel it slide as you tilt it back and forth as if it were loosened. It's about 2-3mm on my cell phone and it's annoying when it wobbles back and forth.

I've had 4 Otterbox cases on my last 4 phones. I love her. They are always very durable and very well made. Got the new base model S21 (not Plus or Ultra) and was happy to see a discount on the same old protective case I was used to. It turns out that the case is a little big. Not much, but it's enough to get the phone rocking back and forth when shaken, and it slides up and down the case when scrolling. In the end I returned it and got Defender Pro. A little more spent but the setup is perfect
