Missing parts! Fits fittings

Bought 3 of these PTFE fittings -8 and 90 degrees. One of them didn't have a collar so I can't use it. Delivered on April 1st. Won't let me come back on April 3rd. The other 2 look fine but didn't fill the system with fuel to check for leaks because I have a short elbow.
